Leaking stopcock; emergency plumbing service didn't solve the problem, just wasted £170 for a bit of putty that slowed the leak. We've used John a couple of times. He's the main guy we come to for plumbing issues as he's not just very friendly and lovely to talk to, but he's professional, on time, does the job correctly (he's had to fix mistakes done by cowboys or lazy builders/plumbers for us), he's efficient, thorough, and there when needed. We had a pipe burst suddenly one evening and John came out to us as soon as he could on an emergency call. I can't recommend him enough.
